Housing Support Service Based in West Dunbartonshire Rosshead House  Rosshead House is a not-for-profit voluntary organisation that provides supported housing for vulnerable individuals who may have a range of Support needs such as mental health illnesses, drug and alcohol addictions, alcohol related brain damage, social support needs and homelessness.
We provide a Housing Support Service for a wide variety of individuals from all areas and are happy to deal with stakeholders and referrals from all around Scotland We are based in West Dunbartonshire located in a scenic location minutes from the shores of Loch Lomond. Rosshead is surrounded by half acre of land and is secluded but not isolated. Local amenities are around 10 minutes away. There is a local swimming pool and gym, shops, supermarkets and cruises in Balloch.Rosshead Housing is committed to: -person centred support -respect, dignity and equality -social inclusion, justice and welfare | Rosshead House is regulated by the Scottish Care Commission and has a current HMO Licence.
It is a 3 story house with large secluded gardens, situated in Alexandria.
We have 11 bedrooms. All of which are maintained to high standards.
We have in operation a CCTV surveillance system that provides a safe and secure environment.
We are staffed 24 hours a day by experienced team members, Management and staff are qualified in line with the Scottish Social Service Council requirements for registration and participate in regular internal and external training. We provide person centred support planning, encourage service user involvement & participation in the running of the service to ensure value and quality is provided. Regular reviews of Service Users support plans take place that involve all relevant agencies. We work closely with external partners within Housing, NHS and all statutory and voluntary services that are required. |
